וְלֹֽא־הֵסֵב֩ יֹאשִׁיָּ֨הוּ פָנָ֜יו מִמֶּ֗נּוּ כִּ֤י לְהִלָּחֵֽם־בּוֹ֙ הִתְחַפֵּ֔שׂ וְלֹ֥א שָׁמַ֛ע אֶל־דִּבְרֵ֥י נְכ֖וֹ מִפִּ֣י אֱלֹהִ֑ים וַיָּבֹ֕א לְהִלָּחֵ֖ם בְּבִקְעַ֥ת מְגִדּֽוֹ׃
Ngunit hindi tumalikod si Josias sa kanya, kundi nagbalatkayo siya upang makipaglaban sa kanya; at hindi niya pinakinggan ang mga salita ni Neco na mula sa bibig ng Diyos, at dumating siya upang makipaglaban sa kapatagan ng Megido.
